Junior Finance Analyst

We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, Junior Finance Analyst to join our growing team.

This is a broad entry level role combining financial operations, budgeting and reporting, vendor management, employee-related finance processes, contracts and compliance support.

The role will have significant responsibility for maintaining accurate financial data, monitoring expenses and supporting the company’s ongoing financial operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior finance professional who wants to gain broad, hands-on exposure to the financial and operational side of a scaling startup.

Why Join Skapion?

Skapion is a stealth defense-tech company, founded by an experienced and successful leadership team. We are funded by top-tier backers from the US, Israel, and Europe, and are recruiting at full steam. The first challenge we're focusing on is one of the world's most urgent defense concerns.

We are at an exciting stage of growth, scaling our business, expanding our programs and building the infrastructure needed to support the company’s next phase. As we grow, we’re looking for talented, hands-on people who want to have real ownership and impact from day one.

Joining Skapion at this stage means joining a scaling startup where processes are still being built and improved. You will work closely with leadership and gain broad exposure to finance, operations, contracts, government programs and the day-to-day business of a growing technology company.
