Resolve assigned database support incidents and requests within defined SLA and priority timelines.
Perform initial triage and troubleshooting of database incidents, including connectivity issues, performance degradation, replication lag, failed jobs, and backup failures.
Coordinate with Software Development, DevOps, Operations, Infrastructure, and Security teams to troubleshoot database and application-related issues.
Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and remediation activities for database-related incidents.
