Junior Data Scientist - AI & Data for Real-World Impact

Joint Services is seeking a Junior Data Scientist to join an AI-focused team. You will support data exploration, preparation, and model development, collaborating with senior colleagues to deliver tangible business value across sectors such as finance and public administration.

The position offers a fixed-term contract and a salary range of €24,000–€27,000 gross per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. English proficiency is mandatory.

Support the development of AI solutions by contributing to data exploration, data preparation and model development. Collaborate with more senior team members and gain exposure to real-world use cases across sectors. Operate in a growth-oriented environment to deliver tangible business value. Master’s degree in a STEM discipline (or equivalent practical experience). Foundational understanding of Machine Learning concepts and common AI models. Basic knowledge of data handling and relational databases. Good programming fundamentals in Python (or similar languages).
