What We're Looking For

We want someone interested in understanding the entire manufacturing operation—what needs to ship, how it should be manufactured, what capacity is available, how people and equipment should be allocated, what is preventing production, what revenue will be generated, and whether the work is profitable.

We are willing to train the right candidate.

This is not a traditional individual-contributor engineering position. It is designed for someone who wants to develop into a manufacturing and business leader.

The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience across manufacturing operations, engineering, production planning, customer programs, financial performance, and people leadership.

As experience and capability develop, the individual will take increasing ownership of people, production, capacity, customer delivery, revenue, and profitability, with a career path into Business Unit Management and broader Operations or General Management leadership as the company grows.
