Junior Backend Developer /Data Scientist/Data Engineer- Remote

The Assessment Went Out. The Recruiter Never Came Back. Ghosting After a Test Is Still a No You applied, sometimes finished a HackerRank, and then nothing. No rejection. No feedback. Data engineer roles are competitive, and companies ghost candidates who look generic: some SQL, some Python, no pipeline narrative, no cloud, no Spark. Silence is a signal that nobody is championing you. Make Your Profile Hard to Ignore by Recruiters and Hiring Managers SQL performance, Python, Spark, Databricks/Snowflake, streaming concepts, and cloud ETL patterns. Pipeline projects with clear architecture. Resume work that makes those projects scannable. Interview prep so you do not blank on "walk me through a pipeline you built.” Then the marketing team works the network. Ghosting still happens in tech. Candidates with advocates get more live conversations than candidates who only click Apply. Since 2010, we've helped thousands of candidates land full-time jobs at tech leaders like Google, Apple, PayPal, Visa, Western Union, Wells Fargo, Client, Paypal, Banking, Wayfair, Client, Client and hundreds more with Job offers of $95k to $154k.
