Junior Application Support Engineer (Training will be provided; MNC Company)

Salary: $2,500 – $3,200 per month

Highlights:

• 5 days office working hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle phone and email enquiries from sales representatives and customers on product specifications, capabilities, and applications.

• Troubleshoot customer issues through phone, email, and on-site support.

• Conduct product application testing for sales representatives and customers.

• Provide on-site technical support, including system setup, adjustment, and fine-tuning.

• Conduct post-sales application training for customers.

• Prepare and update training manuals and application documents.

• Assist sales representatives with customer presentations and demonstrations when required.

• Identify opportunities to improve departmental processes and operational efficiency.

• Follow company and departmental policies and procedures.

• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering

• Familiarity with HMI Programming, logic control, and Microsoft Excel

• Possess knowledge of communication protocols (i.e., Seriel, Modbus TCP, Ethernet, Ethernet/ IP, EIP, etc.)

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good communication and active listening skills.

• Ability to explain technical information clearly and in a simple manner.

• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Good to have:

• Experience with sensors and actuators (e.g., DC motors, encoders, relays, and solenoids).

• Experience with stepper and servo motors.

• Knowledge of SQL/ MySQL or other database languages.

• Basic knowledge of C#, Java, or Python.
