Junior AI Algorithm Engineer (Chip Design Team)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop AI-based image enhancement algorithms, including super-resolution, denoising, and AI ISP, as well as audio AI algorithms such as speech recognition and noise reduction.
- Deploy and optimize AI algorithms on NPU platforms.
- Provide technical support to customers on NPU toolchains and algorithm deployment.
- Design C models for AI hardware acceleration algorithms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in AI algorithm development, with in-depth expertise in at least one area such as deep-learning-based image enhancement, image/video coding, or audio processing.
- 2+ years of experience deploying and optimizing AI algorithms on NPUs, with hands-on experience using NPU toolchains and strong knowledge of AI hardware operators.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and handle challenging projects.
