Responsible for attracting and selecting qualified candidates from diverse sources, managing full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records in HR systems, and supporting culture, internal communications, and compliance initiatives. This role partners with hiring managers, IT, People & Culture leadership and U.S. HR teams to ensure timely hires, excellent candidate experience, and legal compliance.
IMPORTANT: This is a temporary position (Maternity Leave)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for various human resources and personnel administration activities, including talent acquisition, hiring, onboarding, and information management among others:
Full‑Cycle Recruitment: Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for 15–30 monthly vacancies: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing (Spanish/English), selection, offer issuance and candidate follow‑up.
Job Documentation: Draft and update job descriptions; post openings on internal and external platforms.
Onboarding: Deliver organizational onboarding sessions (benefits, policies, culture); request IT access and equipment; ensure new hires are registered in HRIS and benefits systems.
Employee Administration: Prepare and manage employment contracts and official documentation; maintain accurate personnel files and master databases; ensure 100% documentation compliance.
Offboarding: Manage resignations.
Culture and Engagement: Support design and execution of the cultural agenda; lead engagement and wellness initiatives; help coordinate two major annual events and monthly recognition activities. Support corporate social responsibility initiatives (e.g., ONE program). Develop internal campaigns aligned with company values. Generate and deliver different milestones recognitions or certificates.
Training and Compliance: Create and deliver training related to different Mexican normativities; coordinate informative talks with different vendors; ensure compliance with Mexican labor law.
Internal Communication: Develop internal communications and campaigns; prepare official HR communications and employment letters. Maintain active communication with candidates, employees, managers, and directors across departments. Adress employees concerns regarding the HR processes.
Vendor and Logistics Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors for events ; coordinate logistics and documentation.
Record Keeping: Maintain monthly activity folders with evidence (flyers, attendance lists, photos).
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strong working rapport across departments.

Peers: Human Resources Analyst
Internal: Hiring managers, supervisors, IT, finance, legal, all Servicios Corporativos employees
External: Candidates, recruitment vendors, government officers, and medical providers.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; strong organization and planning; high attention to detail; confidentiality and discretion; ability to multitask and work under interruptions; calm under pressure.
Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, etc); proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS (Dayforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is desirable.
Language: Proficient in English.

Work Experience Requirements
Required: Proven experience in human resources with emphasis on recruitment and selection; experience managing multiple vacancies and interacting with hiring managers.
Preferred: Experience in change management, event coordination, and designing training programs; prior exposure to HR reporting and analytics.
Education Experience and Licensing Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Licensing/Certifications: No mandatory licensing; certifications in HR, recruitment, or labor law (desirable).
Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with Mexican Federal Labor Law and normativities is highly desirable.
Other Requirements
Operational Scope: Able to support recruitment volume of 10–30 open positions per month and administer HR activities for an office of 200–300 employees.
Availability: Flexible to coordinate events and meetings during business hours; able to travel locally when required.
Personal Attributes: High integrity, proactive mindset, service orientation, and willingness to collaborate with U.S. HR teams and local leadership.
KPIs: Time‑to‑fill, 90‑day turnover rate, documentation compliance rate, employee satisfaction indicators, cultural agenda completion.
