This is a contract opportunity to support Palantir Foundry workflows and perform various activities remotely for our existing customers. (Note: Experience with Palantir is not required, as training will be provided.)
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing existing workflow documentation, dependencies, and known issues.
- Conducting incident triage, analysis, and resolution for workflow failures or errors.
- Providing break-fix support at the application and data integration level.
- Monitoring support aligned with agreed business-critical hours.
- Implementing minor enhancements, including small logic changes, configuration updates, and corrective adjustments within existing workflows.
- Coordinating with the customer’s platform team and existing partners as required.
- Documenting and sharing knowledge related to supported workflows.
Basic Qualifications
- Basic understanding of software development tools and some experience in an Agile work environment.
- Ability to explain ideas clearly, both in speaking and writing, to teammates and clients with different levels of technical knowledge.
- Skill in communicating technical concepts in a way that non-technical stakeholders can understand.
- Organized and willing team player who is open to collaboration and can handle multiple tasks across different projects.
- Interest in working with diverse teams from various cultures and locations.
As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is: $70,000 to $100,000
Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience and skills and may change over time. Additionally, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, which is based on individual and company performance.
