What We Offer

We believe great ideas can come from anywhere, and often, they come from you. As an intern or graduate at JD.com, you’ll work on meaningful, hands-on projects, learn from talented colleagues across our global network, and grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment designed for development. With competitive compensation, great office locations, and a people-first culture that champions continuous learning, you’ll have everything you need to thrive and kick-start your career.

About Our Program

You’ll be joining the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program, our frontline leadership pathway for the next generation of supply chain talent. Over the course of a year, you’ll take on real projects, build technical and people-leadership skills, and learn how JD Logistics operates at a global level, with the opportunity to extend and continue your journey.

Join our programme on an 6 month intern-to-perm graduate pathway as you build your knowledge and skills in accounting within a global business taking responsibility for accounting operations from the heart of our financial services centre in Dublin.

• Keep the Cash Flow Healthy: Audit logistics & insurance bills, fix errors, and manage AR aging so cash comes in fast and friction-free.

• Work Smarter, Automate Everything: Find friction in our finance processes and help build/implement automated solutions so we can scale without manual headaches.

• Protect the Bottom Line: Monitor contracts, fund flows, and payment data to catch compliance risks early and eliminate the root causes of bad debt.

• Break Down Silos: Partner with Ops, Tech, and Business teams to solve payment roadblocks, share financial know-how, and keep everyone aligned.

• Drive Strategy with Data: Build sharp reports and data models that spot hidden risks, optimize operations, and give leadership actionable insights.

Why intern-to-perm?

Our finance shared services team is growing fast. We're keen to give graduates the opportunity to join Jingdong and find their strengths across the finance team. And as we grow opportunities will be created that aren't in existence today.
