Contract role through staffing firm Lokki Henkilöstöpalvelut to continue development of a Finnish work obligation register (TVR) — an independent Spring Boot web application built with Java, XHTML (Jakarta Faces 4.0, PrimeFaces 15), Maven and MySQL 8.4, with libraries managed in Azure DevOps. Remote anywhere in Finland; fluent Finnish is mandatory.
We are looking for a Java Full Stack Developer to continue the development of a work obligation register solution.
Must-have knowledge and experience
- Software Architecture
- Programming languages/technologies: Java, XHTML pages (Jakarta Faces 4.0 and PrimeFaces 15) – Build tool: Maven – Application archetype: Spring Boot Web JAR
- Libraries: Version management for TVR and fi. Libraries are maintained in Azure DevOps. Other libraries are available from public Maven repositories.
System Architecture
- The TVR application is an independent Spring Boot Web application.
- Database: MySQL 8.4.x (tested with version 8.4.7)
- Primeface requested competence
Additional Information
- The role can be based anywhere in Finland, but Finnish language skills are a mandatory requirement.
- There is a high likelihood that the assignment will be extended into next year.
