The Opportunity:

Every day, millions of Americans depend on medical devices to protect their health and save their lives. As a senior Java Developer on this team, you'll build and modernize the systems that support medical device review for a federal public health agency. You will set standards, including code quality, testing, CI/CD, production and readiness, mentor developers, and drive quality and technical decisions. You will own production support escalation path for critical issues. You will evaluate emerging tools and techniques, recommend system improvements, and ensure your solutions account for the broader architecture, operating environment, and long-term scalability.
