Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver client projects with focus on backend systems
• Work on Kafka messaging implementations and integration
• Migrate legacy systems to AWS and guide cloud deployments
• Introduce and evolve CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with clients
• Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement
• Stay current with tech and provide learning opportunities within the team

Key requirements

• Java development skills with multi-threading and concurrency
• Experience with Spring Boot and microservices environments
• Experience with Kafka (or similar messaging tools)
• Good knowledge of REST APIs
• Strong understanding of AWS
• Strong fundamentals in Object Oriented Programming, data structures and design patterns
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
