Responsibilities:

• Manage sales of electronic components, with a strong focus on new business development (80%) and account management (20%).
• Execute marketing plans and promote franchised products to target customers.
• Identify and establish relationships with new customers and suppliers.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers by providing ongoing support and service.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Work closely with OEM/ODM customers to design in and promote principal products.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in a related industry (candidates from other industries are also encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Strong tele-sales and business development skills with effective follow-up abilities.
• Comfortable conducting cold calls and approaching prospective clients.
• Professional and articulate communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
