Who we are
We are helping people who are in the business of caring for others. Together with our U.S.-based partner company, Creative Tech, we provide technical support, expertise, and resources to healthcare facilities all over the USA. We’ve been on the frontline of the nursing home market for decades, planning, setting up, and supporting their entire infrastructure, from desktop to data centers, and everything in between. Even the smallest thing we do can create a world of difference for our clients, and that difference starts with you!
Here's the core of it
As an IT Technician, you'll be providing technical support and superior customer service to end-users across the US via phone, email, and remote access.
No two days will be the same - you'll be challenged and engaged every step of the way! On any given day, you might be helping a small office with their Wi-Fi setup, and half an hour later, you might be troubleshooting an enterprise-grade network for a 9-story building. As you progress, you will occasionally also have the opportunity to participate in dynamic and exciting client-focused projects and onboardings!
On a day-to-day basis you will:
- Communicate directly with end-users from all over the USA, using different channels (phone, email)
- Configure and manage end-user IT equipment, such as workstations, tablets, printers, scanners, and/or other devices
- Set up and configure end-user email clients, shared files and folders, domain accounts, installations, updates of software, etc.
- Troubleshoot various end-user issues with their local desktop, peripherals, and virtual workstations
- Troubleshoot various server-related issues
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex or client-wide issues
- Document processes, reported issues, and solutions
You'll be successful in this role if:
- You are fluent in written and spoken English
- You have essential knowledge of MS Windows OS and MS Office 365, and basic understanding of Computer Networks
- You’re able to work from 3 PM to 11 PM (main shift for our IT Support Team)
- You have troubleshooting experience and you enjoy solving technical issues
- You have excellent communication skills
- You’re a team player
- You pay attention to detail in your work
- You’re eager to develop your technical knowledge
- You’re quick to learn and comfortable working in a dynamic IT environment
Bonus points:
- You have work experience in IT support and/or customer support
