IT Systems Manager (Cutting Edge AV)

Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Systems Manager or in a similar role
• Experience with AV systems, IT support and management
• IT and AV qualifications
• Ability to commute to Burnley and a full UK driving licence

Responsibilities:

• Ensure AV systems are fully operational and meet customer needs
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Visit customer sites to maintain and commission systems
• Manage IT projects from initiation through to sign-off
• Coordinate internal IT projects with internal teams and suppliers
• Provide advanced technical support and maintain AV equipment
