• Monitor system health proactively and respond to alerts before they become incidents

• Conceptual and practical understanding of hybrid identity and device management in a cloud-connected environment

• Disciplined documentation habits and comfort working within change management processes

• Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and translate technical context clearly for non-technical stakeholders

• Travel is primarily regional and expected to be approximately 10%, with occasional overnight stays. The ability to respond to urgent needs at any site on short notice is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer technology or similar with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a systems administration or infrastructure role in a corporate environment

• Experience supporting multi-site, multi-domain environments
