Entry-friendly IT Support Technician providing first-line support (phone, email, in person) on a four-person team supporting ~400 users across 25 UK sites. Day to day: diagnosing Windows desktop/laptop hardware and software issues, setting up devices, user account admin and ticket logging. On-site in Leeds for the first three months, then hybrid.
Salary: £26,500 - 26,500 per year Requirements: We are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, and you do not need years of commercial experience.
