Provides helpdesk-level IT support for the Northern Territory Attorney General's Department in Darwin, keeping internal and external users' systems running and handling device setup for new joiners. Provide technical support ensuring systems are reliable for internal and external users and maintain agencywide operational continuity of IT services.
