Job Summary:
Play a key role in organization-wide digitization and digitalization to ensure the overall success of the Organization in line with the Organization’s vision and mission.
Provide leadership and guidance in leveraging technology in support of Organization’s growth, and the smooth running of IT Support and Services.
Reporting to the Director of Group IT
Job Scope:
Provide strategic leadership to migrate from Google to Microsoft 365 and operational management for Microsoft 365, endpoint management, collaboration platforms, productivity technologies.
Assist to develop and review IT strategy and roadmap to meet growing needs of the Organization.
Manage the IT Support and Helpdesk processes to achieve users’ satisfaction and efficiency in resolving issues and fulfilling users’ needs.
Provide leadership in the IT Support operations including resource management, performance management and duty assignment.
Partner with business owners to provide guidance and support on IT matters pertaining to applications/systems owned by MOH, AIC, PHIs, and other relevant authorities needed in the running of the organization’s operations.
Keep abreast of relevant IT trends and technological development, and evaluate new technology/solutions, assess for suitability and make recommendation for potential adoption.
Streamline processes and leverage on technology and automation to achieve operational effectiveness and improve productivity.
Provide technical project management services for major organization wide IT projects.
Uphold IT Security to safeguard Organization interest including factoring in data protection considerations in application designs.
Plan and carry out technology refresh and preventive maintenance to ensure performance and mitigate risks of service disruption.
Develop and maintain work processes and system documentation including policies/procedures to achieve efficiency and sustainability in IT Support function
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in leading a team and implementing projects
Good project management skills, organizing work, setting priorities and meeting critical time deadlines
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with strong initiative
Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills, technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive work attitude and ability to work under pressure
Able to work in an ambiguous situation with a can-do attitude
Able to communicate well and collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and IT teams
