Junior/mid-level IT support role at Meller's Barcelona office supporting the tech side of its physical retail stores across Europe. Day to day: troubleshooting POS (Shopify POS), hardware, networks, printers and cameras, plus bi-monthly travel to set up connectivity and systems for new store openings and train store managers.
Are you passionate about fashion and excited to drive the technical launch of our rapidly expanding retail stores across Europe?
We’re seeking an energetic IT Support (Junior/mid) – Retail with an innovative mindset and a passion for ensuring seamless daily operations across our physical stores and leading the on-site technical setup for new international openings.
Your role
● Provide daily technical support for store operations, including POS/Shopify POS, hardware, networks, printers, and devices.
● Travel bi-monthly to configure and deploy technology for new store openings, setting up connectivity, cameras, and POS systems.
● Support the rollout of Project Tango, including store laptops, Live View camera setups, and Store Manager checklists.
● Act as the critical bridge between IT and Store Managers, training them on essential tools and technical processes.
● Document standard store setups and recurring issues while supporting future in-store tech projects like RFID and stock control.
What we’re looking for
● 2 to 3 years of technical support experience, ideally in retail or multi-site environments, with a background in IT, systems, or telecommunications.
● Solid basic knowledge of networks and hardware, with a bonus for experience in Shopify POS, IP cameras, or prior store openings.
● A proactive, communicative problem-solver who can effectively troubleshoot remotely and collaborate with non-technical teams.
● Fluency in Spanish and English, with Italian or Portuguese highly valued.
What we offer
● Full-time permanent contract.
● Exclusive Meller product discounts.
● Growth and training opportunities within the company.
● A work environment where authenticity, creativity, and innovation are at the core.
● Join a dynamic team.
