• Assist with troubleshooting day-to-day technical issues
• Help document IT processes, support requests, and incidents
• Maintain organized and accurate IT records
• Support the implementation of IT process improvements
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure employees receive timely and effective technical support

What We’re Looking For

• Currently in the final year of a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Basic understanding of hardware, software, and operating systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or similar workplace tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to learn independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• English proficiency to communicate effectively with our U.S.-based team

Bonus Points For:

• Previous experience providing technical support or working with IT tickets
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience setting up or configuring laptops and user accounts
