Salary: $4,000 – $6,000 per month
Key responsibilities
Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to user
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on virtual server, windows server, network connection
In charge of Server preventive maintenance, back-up procedures, network
Provide technical support on inventory and accounting solution
Prepare & update all system documentation
About you
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
Experience with setup, troubleshooting, maintenance of windows servers, virtual machines (Citrix) remote desktop, router, Fortinet firewall, VPN
Experience with setup of VLAN, VOIP, backup software
Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship building skills
Motivated in problem solving
Able to work as a team and independently
