• Supporting and administering Microsoft 365 environments
• Troubleshooting infrastructure, networking and security issues

• Acting as a senior escalation point for technical incidents
• Supporting firewall, connectivity and endpoint management activities
• Assisting with project delivery, upgrades and system improvements

• Building strong relationships with clients and providing a high level of service

About You

We're open to different backgrounds, but you'll ideally have experience with:

• MSP, service desk or IT support environments
• Microsoft 365, Windows Server and cloud technologies
• Networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPNs and firewalls (FortiGate preferred)
• Entra ID, Conditional Access and SharePoint, Intune
• Supporting and troubleshooting complex technical issues
• Working independently and taking ownership of tasks and projects

Experience with MDM platforms, Power BI or automation tools would be advantageous, but isn't essential.

• Training budget per employee
• Exposure to a broad range of technologies and client environments
• A genuinely varied role combining support, infrastructure and cloud technologies
• The opportunity to influence how things are done within the business
• A supportive and collaborative team environment
• Clear scope to develop your skills and grow with the company
