Basic Salary: $4000 - $5000

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructure systems and environments.

• Administer and support Windows/Linux servers, storage, backup, and related systems.

• Monitor system performance and network connectivity, identifying potential issues promptly.

• Support VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, RDS, and Microsoft 365 environments.

• Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and implement timely solutions or escalate when required.

• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, system changes, testing, and deployment activities.

• Maintain accurate records of incidents, maintenance activities, procedures, and system documentation.

• Identify recurring issues and support improvements to infrastructure processes, performance, and service quality.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in IT infrastructure support, operations, or system administration.

• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, networking, and backup systems.

• Familiar with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, VMware/Hyper-V, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
