Be part of something exciting from day one.

We're expanding! As our Managed Service and business telecom departments continues to grow, we're opening a brand-new office in Melbourne and are looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our team.

This is more than just another IT support role—it's an opportunity to help build our Melbourne presence while working alongside a passionate team that values initiative, technical excellence, and outstanding customer service.

About the Role

As an IT Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to a diverse range of business clients. Every day is different—you'll troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform onsite installations and maintenance, implement solutions, and work collaboratively with our support team to deliver exceptional customer experience.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable working independently while also being a valued member of a collaborative team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing Level 2/Level 3 IT support for business clients.

• Troubleshooting desktops, servers, Microsoft 365, networking, and cloud environments.

• Responding to support requests remotely and onsite.

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure.

• Managing and resolving technical incidents within agreed service level agreement.

• Working closely with the wider support team to deliver exceptional service.

• Building strong relationships with clients through clear, personable communication and professionalism.

• Documenting work accurately and maintaining technical documentation.

• Maintaining written communication and progress updates with clients efficiently and attentively.

• Identifying opportunities to improve client environments and internal processes.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is technically capable, highly organised, customer-focused and thrives in a fast-paced MSP environment.

You'll have:

• Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, networking, and business IT infrastructure.

• Experience supporting firewalls, switches, wireless networks, and backup solutions.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• The ability to work independently and confidently manage your workload.

• A willingness to travel to client sites across Melbourne when required.

• A proactive attitude and genuine passion for technology.

• Outstanding time management and organisational skills.

• Clear communication with clients.

• A current Australian driver's licence.

Communication Matters

Technical skills are important—but they're only part of the equation.

We're searching for someone with exceptional communication skills who can explain technical concepts confidently in plain English, build trust with clients, and represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm. You'll be someone clients genuinely enjoy working with.

Why Join Us?

• Be part of an exciting new Melbourne office from the very beginning.

• Work with a supportive and experienced team.

• Exposure to a wide variety of technologies and industries.

• Genuine opportunities for career growth and professional development.

• A positive, collaborative, and people-first culture.

• Competitive salary based on experience.
