1-year renewable contract for a Desktop Support / Service Desk Engineer in Singapore (islandwide/Bedok), handling end-user help requests, desktop support, and remote technical assistance, escalating incidents when needed. Requires at least 1 year of relevant experience; pay ranges from S$2,400–S$3,600 up to S$4,000/month.
Salary: $2,400 – $3,600 per month

Job Duties:
Deskstop engineer : Performed Desktop Support services to users
This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests and escalating incidents when necessary to maintain
Service Desk Engineer: Remote assist on technical support

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year relevant experience
