Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for hardware, software, and production systems.
Manage and prioritize incidents, service requests, and open tasks through the corporate IT ticketing system.
Support end users with workplace technology, including training and guidance to improve productivity.
Install, upgrade, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and business applications.
Monitor and support LAN/WAN infrastructure, ensuring network stability and performance.
Perform system monitoring, backup activities, and routine maintenance to protect data integrity and system availability.
Maintain accurate technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base materials.
Support servers, workstations, laptops, telecommunications equipment, and mobile devices.
Resolve production-critical IT issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
Manage spare IT equipment inventory and coordinate preventative maintenance activities.
Support data flow, connectivity, and manufacturing IT operations across shifts, including weekends or nights when required.
Experience Requirements
3+ years of experience in an IT support, systems administration, or technical support environment.
Experience supporting servers, workstations, laptops, and Cisco wired and wireless network infrastructure.
Knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration and VMware environments.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
