IT Specialist

Are you motivated by continuous improvement and learning? Are you a natural communicator who can explain, train, and support the company in adopting tech? Do you take ownership of your work and see things through to completion? Are you looking for more variety, creativity and opportunity than a typical IT support role?

If so, our IT Specialist role at Costello Medical could be the ideal next step in your career.

A Different Kind of IT Role

Many IT roles focus on a narrow set of tasks and rigid procedures, with complex work escalated away from you and learning opportunities stifled.

As an IT Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support with major projects and complex requests, getting wide-ranging exposure to real IT. You will be encouraged to engage deeply with technology, own, deliver and maintain a range of IT services, procedures and documentation, and to proactively identify service improvements in an environment where critical thinking and constructive feedback are celebrated.

The IT Specialist is an integral part of our small and collaborative Technical Operations team. You will be mentored by senior colleagues who will support you through learning our technologies and methods, and as your skills develop, you will have the opportunity to shape your role, taking on responsibilities aligned to your interests.

If you are well-organised, curious, and looking for an opportunity to take on challenging work in a highly supportive environment, the IT Specialist role could be a great fit for you.
