Provides program management oversight for enterprise architecture, emerging systems, and the enhancement of the Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS) to meet desired mission outcomes.

Provides corporate-level direction and guidance for the development, acquisition, and management of major Automated Information Systems (AIS).

Serves as a senior technical expert and systems analyst within the PEO, responsible for formulating and guiding the implementation of critical IT solutions that support the DLA mission.

Serves as a senior IT Specialist and authoritative Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing advanced IT systems analysis and systems engineering expertise for the overall implementation of DoD-wide enterprise business capabilities.

Ensures the PEO provides overall direction and guidance for the development, acquisition, testing, systems integration, and fielding of assigned DLA IT programs.
