ABOUT US

MicrotechDPS is an expert technology advisory and execution partner, shaping, securing, strengthening and scaling IT for businesses across every industry.

From our beginnings in regional Australia, we have grown into a national technology advisory delivering enterprise-grade solutions to organisations across diverse industries and operating models. Our regional origins remain central to our values and culture. We act with transparency, deliver practical value, and engage with a community mindset to act as an extension of our clients’ teams.

Simplifying the complex is why we exist.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Level 3 IT Engineer, you’ll play a key role in helping our clients move from complexity to clarity.

You’ll work alongside a collaborative and experienced team, designing and delivering robust, future‑ready IT solutions that give our clients confidence, control, and peace of mind. This role can be based in either our Wagga Wagga or Wodonga office, with hybrid work-from-home arrangements available.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Leading the design and delivery of tailored client solutions, aligned to business goals and technology strategies ensuring industry best practices are followed
• Acting as a technical escalation point, diagnosing and resolving complex issues
• Overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery of infrastructure projects, including server and network implementations and migrations.
• Contributing to pre‑sales solution design, supporting the sales team with clear technical guidance.
