IT Security Manager — Global Leader, Hands-on & Strategy

Enerflex is seeking a pragmatic Manager, IT Security to lead a capable team across global environments, strengthening security practices for IT, OT, cloud, identity, data, and AI-enabled systems. The role emphasizes ownership and hands-on execution in a complex security landscape.

This position offers meaningful responsibility and collaboration with IT, business leaders and vendors to embed security into all initiatives, while advancing risk management and compliance across the enterprise.

Lead security operations including detection, incident response, vulnerability management and endpoint protection. Optimize SIEM, EDR, firewalls, identity, and remote access. Strengthen security across infrastructure, cloud, and Microsoft 365. Guide OT and AI adoption with segmentation, data handling and third-party risk. Advance risk and compliance by developing standards, support policies, conducting risk assessments, supporting audits and track remediation. Mentor the security team and collaborate with IT, business leaders and vendors, to embed security into all initiatives. 8+ years of progressive cybersecurity/IT security experience. Experience leading cybersecurity teams while staying hands-on. Strong incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management. Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, SOX or PCI.
