IT Project Manager leading end-to-end delivery of customer loyalty and digital platform projects: planning, budget control, risk mitigation, and coordinating stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams using Agile and hybrid methodologies. A CRM/loyalty ecosystem background is preferred.
Salary: $7,000 – $8,500 per month
-Lead end-to-end delivery of customer loyalty and digital platform projects
-Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
-Oversee project planning, budget control, risk mitigation, and resource allocation
-Drive solution implementation, system enhancements, and integration initiatives
-Ensure successful execution using Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
-Facilitate requirements gathering and translate business needs into technology solutions
-Track project milestones, dependencies, and delivery outcomes
✔️ Proven experience managing large-scale technology projects
✔️ Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
✔️ Background in CRM, customer engagement, or loyalty ecosystems preferred
✔️ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
