As our IT Project Manager, you will be the critical bridge between our business vision and our technical execution. You are not just a requirements gatherer; you are a strategic partner who owns the "what" and the "why" behind our products.
You'll work hand-in-hand with a world-class team of engineers and scientists to discover, define, and deliver AI-powered solutions that create massive business value.
You won’t just be managing a backlog; you'll be shaping the future of our company by proactively identifying opportunities and driving them from concept to launch.
What We Offer:
- A Dynamic Fintech Environment: Where a new challenge and a new idea are born every day. You won't be tuning legacy systems; you'll be building groundbreaking digital products from scratch.
- Fast Decision-Making, Flat Organization: We combine the stability of a bank with the agility of a startup. No unnecessary bureaucracy, your voice and ideas will be heard.
- Real Impact: You will be a key player in a small, elite team, and your work will directly shape the future of our products and our business.
- A Culture of Open, Professional Debate: No bullshit. Good arguments and data are what count here.
- Continuous Growth: Through new projects, fresh ideas, professional challenges, and full support for attending trainings and conferences.
- Competitive & Fair Compensation: We believe that great work deserves to be recognized and rewarded.
This is NOT the job for you if:
- You're looking for a "comfortable" 9-to-5 where you just manage tickets. We solve complex problems that require genuine analytical thinking.
- You prefer to wait for instructions rather than proactively seeking out problems and proposing solutions.
- You are uncomfortable with change and a fast-paced environment where priorities can and do shift based on new insights.
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) as a Project Manager/Product Manager/Product Owner, or in a tech-driven, AI focused environment.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills – you can speak the language of both CEOs and senior engineers.
- A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. You love a good challenge and are driven by data.
- Experience with AI/ML projects is a huge plus, but a passion for technology and a quick learning ability are essential.
- You are not afraid to say "no" to a bad idea, but you know how to do it constructively.
- Fluency in Hungarian and English.
