IT Project Manager based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, leading end-to-end delivery of IT projects across cross-functional teams — managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, and stakeholder communication using Scrum/Agile and DevSecOps practices. Requires technical-environment experience plus basic Java and PostgreSQL knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end project delivery across cross-functional teams.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resources.
- Coordinate stakeholder communication and ensure effective project governance.
- Develop and manage resource planning to support successful project delivery.
- Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Facilitate collaboration across technical and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply Scrum and Agile methodologies to support project planning and delivery.
- Incorporate DevSecOps practices into project delivery and development processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in IT project management and end-to-end project delivery.
- Strong experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and stakeholders.
- Experience working with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with DevSecOps practices.
- Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working in a technical environment is required.
- Basic knowledge of Java and PostgreSQL.
