IT Project Coordinator

IT Project Coordinator | SmartProjects

As an IT Project Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting and leading the delivery of a variety of client-facing technology projects, while also forming part of TDM Group's internal Project Office team. These projects may include cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, security initiatives, network deployments, business application rollouts, and onboarding of new client partners into managed services.

You will take end-to-end ownership of delivering projects, working closely with senior Project Managers on larger or more complex engagements. As part of the Project Office, you will also help ensure that Project Managers across the business are following internal project guidance and processes, checking in with them to understand the reasons behind any deviations and providing support where it is needed.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with multiple stakeholders, and has a strong interest in IT services, project delivery and portfolio-level coordination.
