IT Intern

Sussex County Community College is currently seeking an IT Intern.

The IT Intern supports the college’s information technology operations by assisting with basic computer setup, software installation, user support, and troubleshooting. This position allows hands-on experience with IT systems, customer service, and professional workplace practices under the guidance of IT staff.

Responsibilities may include:

• Responding to help desk requests
• Maintaining hardware and peripheral devices
• Supporting network and classroom technology
• Documenting technical issues and solutions. The intern gains hands-on experience with IT systems, customer service, and professional workplace practices under the guidance of IT staff.

Candidates must be an actively enrolled student at SCCC.
