Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support for user issues relating to hardware, software, printers etc
Perform routine setup, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of
PCs, laptops, phones, user accounts
Manage Application systems and understand data flow across business functions.
Support system administration activities, testing, data updates, user onboarding, and routine monitoring tasks for ERP, SharePoint etc
Assist in project rollout activities such as preparing user guides, conducting basic training
support, coordinating equipment readiness.
Follow established IT policies, SOPs, cybersecurity requirements, and data protection
practices in daily work.
Support inventory checks, preventive maintenance schedules, file organization, and audit
preparation activities.
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-4 years of IT support or relevant experience.
Relevant certificate in IT would be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
