Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A thoughtful approach to security, governance, and performance optimization
A balance of hands-on execution and long-term architectural thinking

Experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions
Solid understanding of infrastructure, system design, and security principles
Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and evaluate technical solutions
Nice to have
Experience with AI, automation, or modernization initiatives
Familiarity with architecture frameworks or security/compliance standards

On-Camera Policy
To support a fair, transparent, and engaging interview experience, candidates interviewing remotely are expected to be on camera during all video interviews. Being on camera fosters authentic connection, improves communication, and allows for full engagement from both candidates and interviewers. We understand that technical, bandwidth, or location-related challenges may occasionally prevent video use. If this applies, candidates are required to notify us in advance so we can explore appropriate accommodations.
