**Why this position exists**
Small and medium-sized enterprises are modernizing their workplaces – Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Teams, and increasingly Copilot. We are strategically expanding this business and are looking for you as our technical face for it: You will plan and implement migrations, advise customers at eye level, and work in tandem with our Microsoft Business Development Manager, who drives sales while you build the solutions.
Important: We fill this role according to your level. Whether you want to get started with 1–2 years of M365 experience or have already been responsible for migration projects – we will adapt tasks, goals, and salary to your level. What is non-negotiable: a genuine passion for the Microsoft Cloud.
**Your role – four key areas**
**Implementing projects (approx. 50%):** You will plan and execute Microsoft 365 projects independently: tenant setup, Exchange migrations (hybrid and online), Entra ID, Intune rollouts with Autopilot, and Teams implementations.
**Advising customers (approx. 25%):** You will conduct workshops, design solutions, harden environments with security baselines (Conditional Access, Defender), and support customers on their path to Copilot readiness.
**Operations & Development (approx. 15%):** You will support existing customer environments at the 2nd and 3rd level and continuously develop them rather than just processing tickets.
**Sharing knowledge (approx. 10%):** You will keep our team up to date on Microsoft innovations and support pre-sales meetings as a technical sparring partner.
**How we will measure success together after 12 months**
- You are responsible for M365 migration projects independently from planning to handover
- You have carried out at least one Intune rollout
- You have provided technical support for a Copilot or security project for a customer
- You have passed a Microsoft certification (e.g., MS-102, MD-102, or SC-300)
We will agree on the concrete goals behind this together – depending on your entry level.
Must Haves
**What you bring with you**
- Practical experience in administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, or Intune) – 1–2 years is enough, more is welcome
- Basic understanding of the on-premises world (Active Directory, Exchange) to ensure successful migrations
- You can explain technology in an understandable way and really listen to customers
- Independent, structured way of working
- Business-fluent German, good English (manufacturer documentation), Class B driver's license
**What we do NOT expect**
- Detailed knowledge of every one of the 20+ Microsoft 365 services
- Certificates as an entry ticket – you will earn them with us, at our expense
- Ten years of professional experience
