- Working closely with developers and technical teams to deliver effective solutions
- Supporting Agile delivery, backlog management, sprint planning, and change requests
- Coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring solutions meet business requirements
- Identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Supporting software releases, deployment planning, and stakeholder communication
- Helping modernise and de-risk key business-critical systems
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within software delivery environments using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies
- Ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into practical solutions
- Experience supporting testing activities, user acceptance testing, and system change delivery
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Technical awareness
Whilst this isn't a developer role, you'll be comfortable working with technical teams and have an understanding of:
- Business applications and system integrations
- Databases and SQL concepts
- APIs, interfaces, imports and exports
- Software deployment and release management
- Microsoft technologies such as SQL Server, Azure DevOps, .NET, or similar environments
At SGS, we believe in rewarding our employees for their hard work and commitment. As part of our team, you would be eligible for:
