IT Business Analyst

EVERSIS is a technology company with a well-established position in the Polish IT services market, specializing in custom software development and projects delivered for the telecommunications and financial sectors. Our portfolio includes projects delivered for organizations such as the European Space Agency, Airbus Defence and Space, the National Bank of Poland, and T-Mobile.

Right now, we're looking for someone who can truly understand the client, ask the right questions, bring structure to chaos, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. We believe AI should be a natural part of this process—helping to automate repetitive work, accelerate analysis, and leave more time to solve real business problems.

Someone who understands customer experience, sees the bigger picture behind processes and systems, and can connect business expectations with technology in a way that actually works in real life.

If you're looking for a smaller company where your voice matters, ownership is real, and your work has a visible impact on projects, client relationships, and the way we build software—we should probably talk. 🙂

At Eversis, we believe AI should be an integral part of the software delivery process, not just an additional tool. We're building an AI-first approach to business analysis and software development, where repetitive work is automated, allowing Business Analysts to focus on solving real business problems, designing solutions, and delivering value to Customers. If you already use AI as part of your daily work—or you're excited to push its potential even further - you'll fit right in.

We’re looking for someone who:

• has solid experience as an IT Business Analyst in software development or complex IT projects
• actively uses AI tools to accelerate business analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, mock-ups, presentations, and data modelling
• can independently gather requirements, lead workshops, and work directly with Customers and stakeholders
• understands how to turn complex or chaotic business expectations into structured, actionable requirements
• understands customer experience and can connect business needs, processes, and technology into practical solutions
• feels comfortable working closely with both business and technical teams
• can prepare business and functional documentation, user stories, process flows, and wireframes/mock-ups
• knows how to automate repetitive work using AI and continuously looks for ways to improve the software delivery process
• has experience supporting pre-sales activities by preparing solution concepts, contributing to proposals, coordinating proposal development, and supporting project estimations
• understands software delivery processes
• communicates fluently in Polish and English
• is analytical, proactive, organized, and solution-oriented
• is open to working in a smaller, non-corporate environment where ownership and initiative actually matter
