IT architecture at Desjardins: At the heart of innovation and client experience

At Desjardins, IT architecture is more than just a technical framework—it’s a strategic driver that moves our mission forward. It relies on Desjardins’s planning, business needs, market trends and industry standards to build robust, integrated and sustainable solutions.

With over 9,000 IT professionals, Desjardins is Quebec’s largest private employer of IT professionals. Our top priority: providing an exceptional member/client experience. To achieve this, we focus on security, performance, intelligent integration of solutions and long-term investments.

IT architecture plays a key role in this vision by orchestrating the interaction between human capital, data and technologies, while taking internal and external environments into account. It’s an essential pillar for turning Desjardins’s ambitions into concrete and sustainable realities.
