What We Need from You — EssentialSkills & Experience
- Strong programming expertise inSwift, with hands-on experience using modern iOS development toolsets includingXcode, Git, GitHub, XCTest, and XCUITest.
- Deep understanding of modularapp architecture, including frameworks-based modularisation and architecturalpatterns such as MVVM.
- Proficiency in building,maintaining, and integrating SDKs, ensuring they are scalable, well documented,and easy to consume across teams.
- Solid grasp of concurrency inSwift (e.g., async/await, GCD, Operations) and the ability to designperformant, thread safe solutions.
- Broad technical experience witha track record of delivering high quality, production scale iOS applications.
- Strong communication andcollaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineeringteams to drive reusability, inner sourcing, and reduction of technical waste.
- A strong advocate forengineering quality, leveraging practices such as Pair Programming, Test DrivenDevelopment (TDD), Code Reviews, Continuous Integration, and Automated Testing.
- Knowledge of mobile securityprinciples and best practices, such as secure storage, authentication flows,and safe handling of sensitive data.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelinesfor mobile, ideally with tools such as GitHub Actions, Fastlane, and automatedbuild/test deployment processes.
