Internship, Employer Branding

Would you like to help shape how one of the leading Nordic kitchen companies attracts and engages future talent? And are you excited about creating content that makes people want to be part of Nobia? Then you might be our new Employer Branding Intern.

Nobia is a Nordic organization with employees across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Our portfolio includes well-known kitchen brands such as HTH, uno form, and INVITA.

Our ambition is to strengthen our position as an employer and increase awareness of Nobia among future talent – so that we are top of mind when people are considering their next career move.

Help us attract the talent of tomorrow

Our Employer Branding ambition is simple: to make Nobia a workplace people know, want to join, and are proud to be part of.

We work to attract the right talent, while making sure that our current colleagues continue to see Nobia as a great place to work.

As an intern, you will become part of our HR team from day one and get hands-on experience with working with Employer Branding in an international organization. You will work closely with colleagues in Communication and Talent Acquisition.

"As an Employer Branding Intern at Nobia, I got to put my studies into practice in a creative and meaningful way. I was given real responsibility and influence from day one and developed a lot both professionally and personally. Most importantly, I felt trusted and became part of a great team."

– Emmie, Student Assistant and Intern in autumn 2025

Your role

As our Employer Branding Intern, you will help bring our employer brand to life. You will create content for social media, our career site and internal channels, helping us show what it is really like to work at Nobia.

You will have the opportunity to work with both strategy and execution – and we expect you to bring your own ideas, challenge the status quo, and help us find new ways to engage our audiences.

Your tasks will include:

• Developing and executing Employer Branding activities and initiatives.

• Creating and planning content for LinkedIn, internal channels and our career sites.

• Taking photos and creating short videos for our different channels.

• Finding and telling engaging stories about our people and workplace.

• Supporting recruitment fairs and developing content and materials for these.

• Keeping an eye on trends within recruitment, social media and Employer Branding, and sharing relevant insights with the HR team.

• Contributing to other projects and initiatives across Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition.

We are a team where there is a short distance from idea to action, so you will also have the opportunity to take on new projects and tasks as they arise. If you have a good idea, we want to hear it – and, whenever possible, we want to help you turn it into reality.

"I became an integrated part of the team from day one, and it felt very natural to be involved. It was clear that my abilities and ideas were trusted, and I was given a lot of freedom to solve tasks in my own way. I have experienced having a real influence on my work and being given responsibility, which has developed my professional HR skills. I am part of a professional yet informal environment with a great atmosphere, where there is room for everyone and colleagues are always helpful and welcoming."

– Mille, Intern in autumn 2026

Who are you?

We are looking for a creative and curious intern who enjoys turning ideas into engaging content – and who wants to help us tell the story of Nobia as a workplace.

As you will be identifying and developing stories from across the organization, it is important that you are a strong relationship-builder and enjoy working with many different types of people.

You are currently studying Communication, HR, or a similar field. Your specific degree is not what matters most. We are more interested in your curiosity, creativity, interest in people and communication, and your eagerness to learn.

We would also like you to have:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with different audiences in both Danish and English.

• A creative mindset and an eye for visual content

• The confidence to share your ideas and challenge the way we do things.

• The ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks and projects.

• A natural interest in people, stories and what makes a workplace attractive.

As a person, you are proactive, outgoing, and comfortable building relationships with people at different levels of an organization.

If you have experience creating or editing short-form video content, that's a plus – but your motivation and willingness to learn are more important.

What we offer

You will be based at Nobia’s Danish head office in Tilst and become part of an ambitious People & Culture team with a strong professional and social community across HR consultants, business partners and students.

During your internship, our most important task is to ensure that you gain relevant experience and concrete skills that you can take with you. We therefore place strong emphasis on providing opportunities for sparring, feedback and development through a weekly 1:1 meeting with your manager.

In addition, we offer:

• A supportive learning environment with a high level of professionalism

• An internship with responsibility and real influence

• Modern office facilities in Tilst

• Free lunch
