Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design & Content Creation:
- Design engaging marketing materials, social media graphics, banners, and corporate literature using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and tools like Canva.
- Ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Content Writing & Copywriting:
- Draft and edit clear, persuasive, and engaging content for press releases, social media channels, internal newsletters, speeches, website articles, and promotional collateral.
- Translate complex ideas into engaging content tailored for different audiences.
- Event Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external corporate events, workshops, product launches, and press conferences from end to end.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal departments to ensure seamless event logistics and budget management.
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
- Plan, manage, and coordinate CSR projects and community involvement initiatives.
- Build positive relationships with external partners, NGOs, and community stakeholders.
- Track, evaluate, and report on the impact and outcomes of CSR initiatives.
- Independent Execution:
Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
