• Commercial Strategy Leader: Drive the commercial strategy for IHC-based companion diagnostics, ensuring our value proposition resonates with pathologists, laboratory managers, and pharma stakeholders.

• End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Provide technical and strategic guidance throughout early assay development and lead commercial product delivery from concept to commercialization. Responsible for on-market product strategy, supply topics, quality issues, incorporating global regulatory updates, label expansion and end-of-life product management.

• PHCS Strategy Leadership: Lead design and execution of our overarching strategy in collaboration with PHCS leadership and senior stakeholders. Analyze global market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to define long-term strategies.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Drive high-impact growth projects that define how Roche Diagnostics delivers value beyond the individual test, collaborating closely with lifecycle teams and stakeholders across the organization.

Who You Are:

Candidates should exhibit a strong track record in product commercialization, strategic design and execution alongside exceptional communication skills. You should demonstrate strong technical understanding of integrated diagnostic technologies and proven ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with customers and stakeholders.

• Experience: University degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in product management or marketing, business development or commercial strategy in a Diagnostic, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare related field.
