Fast-Track Stylist Development Program

The Color Bar Hair Salon

The Opportunity

This is not a typical internship—this is a fast-track opportunity designed to give you real, hands-on experience inside a high-performing salon environment.

At The Color Bar, we’ve built a proven development program focused on one outcome: helping you become a top-producing, behind-the-chair stylist as quickly and effectively as possible.

If your goal is to build a high-income career, gain real-world experience, and learn directly from successful stylists—this is where you start.

What Makes This Different

Most new stylists spend years trying to figure it out.

This program is designed to shorten that learning curve by giving you:

• Real salon experience—not just classroom education
• Direct mentorship from experienced, producing stylists
• Exposure to the systems, standards, and expectations of a premium salon environment
• A clear path toward becoming a confident, in-demand stylist

What You’ll Gain

Through hands-on experience and structured learning, you will develop:

• Confidence in guest interaction and professional communication
• Strong foundations in shampooing, blowouts, and guest care
• Understanding of color preparation and service flow
• Product knowledge and retail fundamentals using Aveda
• Time management and efficiency behind the chair
• Exposure to consultations, advanced techniques, and real service execution
• Insight into what it takes to become a top-performing, high-earning stylist

Your Role

As an Assistant Intern, you will:

• Support stylists during services
• Prepare and maintain stations and tools
• Assist with guest flow and daily salon operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment

• This is an unpaid, education-based internship
• The value is delivered through hands-on experience, mentorship, and accelerated development
• Designed to position you for behind-the-chair opportunities based on performance
