This is a chance to expand your skills by learning about the forex market, financial markets, the sector and sales strategies with a leading retail forex and CFD (Contract for Differences) broker. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to make a difference with our clients by assisting with their account and platform questions.

We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the office 2 times a week with respect to your own commitments.

• Answer Prospect's questions concerning OANDA’s account requirements and products.

• Document all Client communications in Salesforce.

• Attend and contribute to sales meetings.

• Passionate about the Finance sector and the FX & CFD markets.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Ability to work min. 35 hours weekly.

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach :)
