What are your contributions to the team?
- Support HR Business Partners in a variety of initiatives and employee-related matters, including employee engagement, compensation, promotions, talent management, and employee relations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and best practices.
- Prepare HR analyses, reports, and key metrics while providing administrative support to the team.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and tracking tools to support HR projects and decision-making.
How to thrive in this role?
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field.Knowledge of SAP or another Human Resources Information System (HRIS) is considered an asset.
- You have strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- You are a highly motivated team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You are detail-oriented and demonstrate a high level of accuracy in your work.
- You are well organized, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- You maintain a positive attitude and are approachable and collaborative.
- You are able to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality when required.
